Nedbank ***** department utter Useless

Nedbank ***** department is worthless. I had a ********** account opened in my name and immediately reported to Nedbank *****. I did all the necessary steps they required and still nothing has happened. You don't get any response from any of the investigators nor do they answer any phone calls. They do not reply on emails and there is no feedback on the case whatsoever. Every time you call the ***** department you speak to someone else and no notes are made on the case and you have to repeat yourself every time .My credit score is getting affected and they just don't care. I don't know how one opens an account but don't do the necessary check to see if the person is real.

The most worthless bank ever to open its doors in South Africa. One can see why they are ranked as one of the worst. If one could only give Zero stars.
