Nedbank ***** department - need bloud hounds or heat seeking missiles to get someone to contact you!!!

Im absolutely fed up with trying to have a conversation with nedbank ***** division. I literally keep on sending emails just to get automated responses(NOTE THIS IS A URGENT MATTER). Probably get a one lined response 1 out of 10 times, the number simply just rings and have not once gotten trhough when calling, NOT ONCE. And im a client with a business account that needs to run a business, then this is what you get. Im realy considering to move to another bank for my business.
