NEDBANK ***** DEPARTMENT BAD SERVICE

I have a credit card with Nedbank, there were transactions processed on my account. I advised Nedbank that this was done by a ********** merchant and they must please have the merchant investigated before more people lose money. I did a follow up today just to hear that my appeal was declined but the worst of all the merchant was not investigated so they are still *****ing on a daily basis from innocent people
