Nedbank ***** department awful service

I am the executor of my late father's deceased estate. I have found ********** transactions on my father's bank account after the date of his death. I have highlighted the transactions on my late father's statements and scanned this into Nedbank days ago. I was told to email ***. No one has come back to me to inform me with a case number or that it is being looked into. Nedbank does not answer their phone numbers. Nedbank's service is pathetic. I have given the dates of transactions along with amounts. All Nedbank needs to do is provide me with the names of the beneficiaries of the accounts the cash was paid into. As the executor I have full right to this information.
