Nedbank ***** collections inside job

Hello somebody please help me I dnt have anything with Netbank even wen I give them my ID number they can’t find me but these a debit order that runs in my account I have a case number from the collection department personal loan I have spoken to one of their team leaders Victor and their complain department but no body is helping me when I call they will transfer funds back into my account and debit again twice the call center it’s so useless they can confirm that I’m paying for someone’s loan but they can’t or won’t take my account number from that customers profile I wonder how many of us out there that Ned bank is debiting funds with no reason they said it’s ***** but even Netbank ***** department told me they can’t open a case cause they don’t know how did their system approve my account details without verifying obviously it’s an inside job somebody did type in my account number in their friends personal loan Nedbank. I Want my money back victor from personal loan collection please stop ignoring my calls and do u job with your useless call center team of yours
