Nedbank ***** case

During the period October to december 2022 i was de*****ed 3 times loosing in excess if R25k. Reference number ***6 whilst i acknowledge there was ***** i did not pass my personal details to anyone but money was electronically transferred out of my account my card was with me and my phone and i have no record on my phone of accepting these transactions it is clear there fire wall was hacked. The ombudsman refc*** is being slow in providing feedback or resolution. I need assistance as this has impacted my life as i have bills to pay
