Tell me how you feel when you receive such a message on your phone and you are driving? Someone trying to take money from your bank account at a branch.

And when you approach the bank to get answers, they call armed security on you to forcefully remove you from their bank.

On the 2nd of November 2019 this happened to my friend at nedbank N1 City. Its true someone tried to take money from his account and 3 months before this incident someone had ****** money in his account at the same branch. Now same branch two incidents and still call armed security to forcefully remove my friend from nedbank n1 city branch.

What kind of a bank is nedbank honestly? Is it because he is a black man and he is not supposed to demand answers when such things happen to his account. My friend was traumatized for some months.The branch manager even refused to meet my friend after several attempts to get answers.

It did not end there, my friend had to look for money and fly to nedbank headquarters in joburg. What happened there make me mad and shows nedbank does not value black people.

The executive by the name Mr Jason did not even allow my friend to even enter into the office to discuss his matter, they did not even offer him a proper chair to seat, they rather met my friend in the corridors as if nedbank executives dont have offices. Does Mr Jason and his colleague he came with have an office? Nedbank need to answer if this is how they do to all their clients, meet them in the corridors. I am not a nedbank client so i wont know but at my bank i get special treatment as client.
