nedbank *****

My name is Doctor Modau and I'm actually disgusted by the service I've received from Nedbank ***** department. my card got swallod by the atm december the 17th 2021,all my money got withdrawn same time while trying to call nedbank to block the card. now they say i must obtain call records for the incident and i dont understand for what,is it not the ***** departments duty to investigate all this,if not that they keep postponing feedback for weeks,i would never recommend nedbank to anyone as it seems they dont care about their customers
