Nedbank *****

I had ***** on my Nedbank Debit and Credit account,reported it to Nedbank 5 minutes after it happened.

Nedbank almost never comes back you, they put the money back on the credit card,but then took it out the next day. After this I received a sms to say that they will debit the rent back for the total amount ******.

I cannot get hold of the investigator of the ***** case and no one gives my any feedback?

How can you put ****** money back in a credit card and then take it out again? And also charge rent on it.

Please help??
