Nedbank *****

Nedbank collections department is a ****.They have been debiting funds from my account for the past three days.I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with trying to solve this. The last person i spoke to informed me that funds were debited from my account for another persersons loan account. My whole salary is gone,how am i even supposed to survive ?
