Nedbank *****

Our account was hacked in September 2020. And it is a lot of money ! We did all the necessary i.e. logging a ***** case with Nedbank, reporting ***** case to SAPS. After numerous correspondence to Nedbank they came back with an offer of less than 10% of the *****. Surely this is an admission of Nedbank recognizing the *****. We feel Nedbank's security is terrible. As if they had good security this ***** would not have happened. I see we are not the only ones with a ***** issue. Surely that tells you the security is not effective.
