Nedbank Fox Street branch sucks!!!!
<p>For the second time now I had to wait for over an hour while waiting for my turn at Nedbank Fox Street branch. This is totally annoying because my day is delayed big time!!! I've been waiting here since about 10h00 and only 3 people were served before me. Only 2 tellers are doing enquiries while 3 counters are unmanned. I came here to enquire about an unauthorised transfer that happened this morning of more than R700 from my checque account into another account that I stopped using after that NRB debit of R159. Obviously I'm upset and it has gotten worse due to the waiting!!! I'm considering changing banks, any advice on which bank provides better service? I'm done with Nedbank!</p>
