My first experience at the branch was really great. The consultant was helpful and there was attention to detail so the service was quick and communications were clear.

My second visit however was disastrous. I waited for 1 hour to see a forex consultant and (understanding that her system was slow) I waited another 40 or so minutes to get a travel card. My travel card has since not been activated as promised (its been a week) and now I am left to do this admin again...via the app. and wait...again.

Please have consistency in the branch and in your online app. Be efficient. Be thorough. There are other banks I could request such services from, not every client is as patient as me.
