Poor poor service. Went there on Wednesday to get my money from their suspense account, after waiting at the bank for a long time I was told by the consultant Emmanuel and his supervisor to go home they'll sort the issue within the next day and be in contact with me via phone.

It's been 7 days and nothing and they're not answering they're phones.
