Nedbank Fourways is not coping

While I'm waiting now for 45 minutes to simply collect a bank card, I thought I could use this time to post a review. It's okay though... At least I'm not like the other lady sitting next to me waiting 90 minutes to change her pin. If you have to choose a branch to do business, avoid Fourways. They're just not coping. Bank manager unwilling to help either. Same thing happened when I came to the branch with my son two weeks prior. People were blowing gaskets. So appears to be a real issue, not just a once off. Also looking at all the google reviews 👀...and Nedbank Fourways does not respond to them. Clearly customer service is not their forte. Come on guys, you can do better. It saddens me, because I've been banking here for over 25 years and never had cause to complain.
