Nedbank Foreign Payment Received

Nedbank App does not allow authorisation of foreign payment for exports when customer sends own courier. Call centre tried to transfer me four times to wrong agents when it was supposed to be Global, wasting 20 minutes of my time. They have to manually release the funds.
