Nedbank fordsburg has ZERO customer service skills

Nedbank fordsburg is seriously unprofessional. Upon arriving at the branch with 40mins to spare before closing time I experienced the most unhelpful customer service. As a client for over 20 years I have never experienced Service like this from them. They refused to assist me with re-activating my account. The blamed their systems for being unable to find my accounts on their side and when I requested to fetch my card just outside I was told I wouldn’t be let back in as it’s to close to closing time! I would strongly suggest no one banks with nedbank in the future. They have no concern for their customers.
