Nedbank forcing you to pay for Proof of Payments

How can Nedbank take away the Proof of Payment print option completely and force you to email the POP at a charge of R1,15 per email??? How are we meant to handle multiple payments for clients when we need to print hardcopies for our internal files? This is ridiculous and ********* to force clients to pay for a proof of payment on top of all the ludicrous charges already incurred from the bank, almost feels *******. Dog show of note.
