Nedbank forcing me to accept T&C's

For me to continue using Nedbank's online banking service I have to accept T&C's for a licence renewal service for my vehicle. This has nothing to do with banking and as a consumer I should have the option to decline. I phoned their call centre and was told I must accept the T&C's. Ridiculous!
