Nedbank FICA what is happening

For the last 3 or 4 months I have been receiving emails and sms messages that I need to submit FICA documents. Initially the instruction was just to update my details on the app but still the following month I received another message to update. I updated my details at least 3 times on the app. When I called the prescribed number I was told that everything was up to date and no further action was required but a ticket would be submitted to clear these messages I keep getting. I received confirmation that the case was closed. Still a month later and more messages. On 2 August I went into the Ferndale on Republic branch to query these ongoing messages and again was told that all my details are up to date. This morning 29.08.2025 I received another sms saying my account will be deactivated today. This is ridiculous and everyone I've spoken to says it's an issue in the FICA department.
