Nedbank FICA Issues causing financial hardships - Dont use NEDBANK

Called in through the Nedbank Contact Centre regarding my profile with Nedbank regarding my account being suspended restricted due to FICA Verification being in progress since December 2022. I am supposed to receive funds in excees of R100 000 to my account and have debit orders that need to run off this account and yet nothing can happen both receiving and going out. Visitied the Brooklyn Mall branch two times and unfortunately can not get assisted and getting sent pillar to post as no one is sounding to be informed. ***
