Nedbank FICA

On Monday 18 November I spoke to an agent because my account was frozen due to FICA regulations even though I comp****, it was unfrozen a couple of hours later. Today 25 November it is frozen again….due to FICA regulations! Surprised…so I lodged a complaint. I have been a client of Nedbank for many years…same employer pays money into my account every month no additional income except my son’s pocket money from his mother and yet Nedbank is treating my funds like some sort of ******** activity….sort this mess out immediately or I move my account
