Nedbank fica

My account was blocked for FICA I submitted the documents required on 20th of March to date 1 April I am still unable to transact on my account, atm withdrawals card payments and the app doesn't not allow me to do any transaction I have been to the bank every single day with no solutions to date, call center is worse they transfer me from pillar to post. I am unable to buy electricity or pay my bills today being the 1st of the month and they really don't care at all. I've run out of patience if this the the service they offer, nedbank has just lost a customer
