NEDBANK - FICA

My account has been blocked without prior warning or contact. The apparent reason being Failure to comply with FICA regulations. I comp**** with the regulations in January 2024 and then blocked on 22 March 2024 whereafter I went to the Brooklyn branch to resolve and was told it would take 48 hours to reactivate, today being 27 March 2024 I went back to the branch because it hadn’t been resolved as promised. I sat with the consultant who completed the FICA SOS form….I am still waiting to access my salary…I am not a ******** so now I am thinking there is other motives involved.
