Nedbank festival mall

Nedbank festival mall is just got the worst service ever if u have nothing to do u can come waste it here...the bank is hardly full but u can sit at an average of 2 customers helped and hour and every 5min someone comes to ask u how they can help but nothing really happening....i regret any affliation as even a simple task can be your whole day wasted.....

People really need jobs out and working but here its one big joke....im a person who hardly complains but this is just disgusting experience...phwee
