Having worked in a customer service environment for over 20 ýears has made me know how you're meant to value and treat your customers and alot of people in companies have forgotten this. Customers are important and you drop everything for them. These are winnng rules in maintaining and growing your clientbase. My experience yesterday at Nedbank Festival Mall blew me away. I was assisted with a warm and inviting smile by Paula Lamola. I had a bit of a complicated request and she got me immediately. She swiftly got to assisting me, explaining as she went along. She never got tired of my questions and ensured that i fully understood as i showered her with questions. Nedbank you never let me down and Paula is my super amazing star consultant!
