NEDBANK FEES ******* ****MERS AND THEIR SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND WANT ME TO PAY FOR REVERSALS

I have problems with EFTs im making goinf off my account the vendors i am buying from are not seeing them as completed and i have to contact vendors to show proof. I complain to nedbank nothing is done and when i need a reversal because of a NEDBANK problem they want R395 to get a R100 eft that failed and went off my account from me. I had tyo pay a monthly fee of R330 and another service fee on top of that. Whats with all the fees .. why am i paying a service fee and a monthly fee .. why is a monthly fee not enough. you all are *******s *****ing money from your customers. I will be changing banks in the next week to capitec. f you and your hidden fees. over R500 in fees and its a ******* and its not even working. go **** yourselves
