Nedbank feels 9% + increases are justifiable

So, from a monthly R220 to R240 service fee....

R20 might not be much... but R20 on R220 is 9%....

So, even when inflation is "high"... Nedbank feels 9% is justifiable?

Why does European Banks charge Euro7.50 per month (R140) and Nedbank feels R240.00 is a good deal?

I keep good records... Last time Nedbank charged R160 was in 2014....
