Nedbank favoring their companies over other credit
To I receive a call from Nedbank MasterCard Collections to advise me that I am in 2 months arrears. Notwithstanding being told by collections department that calls are recorded, they ask since December 2014 why I have not paid, simply the same answer as the previous 7 months, I am unemployed, self employed the best way I can as a professional accountant and tax practitioner, I invoice and clients make me wait for 60 days.

So it gets worse, I tell Nedbank MasterCard that they took an unauthorized amount of 90% of my income in June, and they still want money, they have a cheek, I am divorced, no job and two kids under the age of 16. I am told TERMS AND CONDITIONS we are allowed to just take money if you in arrears.

My former debit orders were on Standard Bank, which means Nedbank MasterCard traced my new personal current account with Nedbank and helped themselves to my current account, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I challenge the Credit Acts and Financial Services Providers ombudsman to answer here and say Nedbank MasterCard Terms and Conditions are acceptable in terms of the Credit Act.

No money for petrol to get to my clients to provide a service, no invoices, no income July?
