Nedbank faulty equipment

Nedbank is not being fair. They need to sort out their faulty ATMs. I was in the process of depositing money to my own account at N1 City Mall in Cape Town. When I was depositing, the equipment failed and gave me a slip back without bringing my cash back. I logged a call with customer care but it looks like they are running around in circles in terms of resolving the issues. Not fair at all.
