Nedbank faulty

Yesterday I received massages from Nedbank reported that I purchased online (microsoft ISO) they took all my money in my account. I called Nedbank regarding this ***** and they open the ***** case they told me i must wait 6 to 9 weeks for investigation.

My question is why Nedbank asked me an authorization when I purchased online / made some payment online but didn't ask an authorization to the one ***** my account??? I'm not trusting Nedbank anymore.

6 to 9 weeks investigation is too long.
