Nedbank False Advertising and no help at all

There is no pathetic bank as Nedbank, there have made a quick pay option which reflects in 2-3 days.I made an enquiry whilst waiting for an operation which need funds but they didnt help me in any way.The consultant kept on saying they are sorry, should I then risk my life when its possible to speed up the process? My number is ***.If I dont get help I am reporting this to the Ombudsman and all news sites.How pathetic
