Nedbank false advert, im going!

I left my bank for the Nedbank Platinum Savvy Bundle because the Broacher sold me 8 domestic airport lounge access per annum.

Ive been using that service since then. Today after many years im told i have to spend R4000 and above on the account swiping over and above what im paying per month for the account. I must say this was never explained nor brought to my attention by anyone. Today upon entry at the lounge im refused entry. I called Nedbank they advised me that ive 12 tht i cant use due to R4000 swipes not met.

Im so ****ed and embarrassed as to how they sold me something that they can back. This new info does not appear on their broacher no was it explained to me.

Ive been with then for more than 5 yrs due to perks that cam with bundle. It’s almost time to bid them good bye because of false advert.
