NEDBANK FAILURE TO VERIFY CSD BANK ACCOUNT

I'm struggling to get bank verification from NEDBANK, for CSD treasury. I sent several emails to get assistance from my business banker Thandile Dyantyi in ****arney branch with no success. I also went to Northgate Branch today 30/04/2020 to get help from another business banker Ncanywa Nosiphiwo with no success. She told me the official (Joseph) who usually assist with these queries was not picking up calls or replying to email.

I really need for my business account to be verified as I cannot get payments from state organs because of unverified.

NEDBANK is making it difficult to run my business because all I do is work but I cant get my payments.

Please fix this today.
