Nedbank failure to reverse the unknown stop order

In the 16th of December 2020, there was a deduction of R12000 from my husband's account and Nedbank until today they are still saying they are conducting investigations, we don't have money we can't even buy food, some of our creditors are not paid because of that chunk of my money that was taken from his account. My husband has to be the one calling and making follow ups, these people are not taking this matter seriously.. Their service is bad.. We can't wait for something that was done by them and now it's difficult to for them to reverse the money
