Nedbank failure to address customer complaints and threatens to ruin my credit record.

Bad experience with Nedbank. Customer complaints I registered 21 April 2026 not addressed for 3 weeks. Account statement not available online and the even from the bank. Money paid not reflecting, despite proof of payments made available. Bad record keeping and no feedback despite the number of times the complaint was escalated. The staff member then calls back and threatens me to ruin my credit record despite explanation on the missing records from Nedbank.
