Nedbank fails to resolve *****ulent cases yet they refer to you as a VIP member

I’m rating Nedbank 0, since February 2025 i reported *****ulent activities in my account as my money kept on disappearing even on the days that I was 100% sure I never made purchases or used the card even since then they have been investigating and made me to believe that they reimbursed me when I confronted them with facts I discovered that that they reimbursed the potion of the monies I lost not all of it. They will annoy you with new sales and benefits failing to resolve the existing query how can one which to continue their relationship with the company that has failed them.
