Nedbank fails to provide our agency vendor code since 2021

We are completely let down by Nedbank and are truly disappointed to the extent that we no longer wish to work directly with Nedbank for clients home loan applications but wil opt to work through bond originators. Over the past 10 years we have consistently provided/referred millions of rands worth of bonds to Nedbank (despite the fact that we have been waiting and following up for payment for the past 22 months), met all Nedbank’s requirements for the vendor code and payment - BUT STILL NO PAYMENT!!! It is truly sad that our relationship with Nedbank, whom we have supported directly, over the past 10 years had to reach this point where we have to turn to Hello Peter. But we are fed up!
