Nedbank fails cheque account holder Cape town

Google has *****ulently debiting my account three times I check in my app if I can reverse it no reverse options.i call the Nedbank ***** line the block both my cards . I ask them to reverse my cash they say I must orders new card.but Google took my monies without my permission and my trusted banks unable to assist me.
