Nedbank fails again
36 years a client and the service is below toilet level. I get a call from Nedbank notifying me that my petrol and credit card is about to expire. Arrangements made for delivery of BOTH cards on 16 October. Done. The day arrives and only the petrol card is delivered. I call the help line. Appears that the new credit card wasn't even processed. It is ordered. I get told I will be notified within 3 days informing me of a delivery date. By the 9th day no call. I call. Turns out the card hasn't even been ordered. An emergency order is placed. Time is running out. I get informed that the card will be delivered the following day. An arrangement is made for a time between 3 and 5pm. I re-arrange my already busy day to be home to receive said card. 5:30 arrives and no card arrives. I call. Then I get told that the distributor tried to call me. I get irritated because by now I have dealt with the 4th person and I explained that I can't take calls during my working day due to the nature of my work. Then I get told that the card will be delivered on Monday. No can do as I told the previous person that I won't be around to receive the card. I get told I will be called back as a plan will be made. It is 8:30pm now and still no call. Probably forgotten and shop shut for the weekend. My only chance to receive said card is on the weekend but no, the distributor has a weekend and doesn't deliver over weekends. Now we are at the end of the month, no credit card which I use for business and does the bank care. Not a chance. Flipping useless and disgusting treatment for a long standing client. Quick to rob you with ridiculous bank charges. Got you by the ***** but service, at best, at ba*****t level. Maybe time to change and pick the best of the useless lot
