NEDBANK FAILS AGAIN

One cannot deposit a cheque at an ATM, The cheque deposit box inside the bank has been removed, Yesterday I went to Ilovo to deposit a cheque and "the cheques had already gone", whatever that meas. The cashier refused to take the cheque. I know cheques are being discouraged but if my 99 year old mother is given a cheque book , that cheque must be accepted. I now have to waste petrol going back to Nedbank because of some irrational regulation. Please explain.
