Nedbank failing to send a statement

I have a credit card with Nedbank and they’ve been debiting from my Capitec account since last year till now. However, this year I was handed over with claims that my credit card is overdue. Since then, I’ve been requesting for the statement but Nedbank claimed that they can no longer assist me I should request it from the lawyers. When I called the lawyers they sent me back to Nedbank. Till this day I haven’t received it and I still don’t know how much I’m owing whereas I’m still debited. In my ClearScore account it shows that I’ve missed payment for the entire year.
