NEDBANK FAILING TO ASSIST

My car was repossessed in 2018, and left me with an outstanding of R86 000.00 The account was handed over with a judgement.

Now I am in a state where i can be able to make an arrangement to pay, I have been calling Nedbank MFC for 3 months now and I cant get assistance, been given numbers where no one is answering, being transfered to numbers where the is no response
