Nedbank failing its clients

I write this review with so much disappointment and regret that I ever recommend nedbank to anyone. My wife has her money withheld by nedbank for 3 full weeks. Nedbank promised to release her money within 7 working days and it has been 2 weeks today.

They keep feeding us lies in relation to when the money will be available, how is a family supposed to survive with 1 salary in January??? We have 2 kids and another on the way, money is needed everyday.

Nedbank is such a disappointing bank, I won't advocate for any bank but if anyone here is using nedbank or thinking of opening an account there, please don't. You will regret it!!!

Every bank has that FICA registration thing but non of the banks take 3 weeks for that especially while holding your salary. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK PLEASE!!!
