NEDBANK FAILING INVESTIGATION ON ATM QUIRY: ATM F862: NEDBANK WONDERPARK SHOPPING CENTER: MONEY RETAINED: SL BUYS

I am not happy with the service of Nedbank. My reasons are as follows:

On 9 January 2024 myself and my husband went to Nedbank branch at Wonderpark to deposit money into my credit card account that I have with Nedbank. First I deposit R2000 via the ATM at Nedbank Wonderpark, it was a cash deposit using my name "stella buys" as reference number, the ATM number was R963 - time 11:28, after that deposit the ATM shows temporary out off service, I had to use the ATM next to that one to deposit money again.

I went to the ATM next to ATM number R963. I deposit R2000 again, cash deposit into my Nedbank credit card at ATM F862, using my name "stella buys" as reference, the machine retained my money, giving my R100 back, R1900 remaind back inside the ATM and I received a slip from ATM F862 that said Account status invalid. Sorry we cannot confirm your deposit at this time due to a possible technical error and your cash has been retained. Please retain this receipt and log a quiry at a branch. The time was 11:31.

At that moment there was a consultant of Nedbank at the ATM, I asked her for assistance and she took me inside the bank, I was assisted by a consultant and we logged a quiry reference number ***.

On 19 January 2024 I called Nedbank for progress and the consultant said that they could not find such a transaction and logged again ATM quiry, reference number ***. On 24 January 2024 I called Nedbank again, and the same was said that they could not find a transaction and it was canceled and logged another ATM quiry reference number ***, and that the consultant will call me back the next day, , no one called me back. On 26 January I called Nedbank again, the lady who assisted me told me the same, and logged again ATM quiry reference number ***, later during the day I received a voice message on my phone from Nedbank consultant that they only pick up the R2000 that I deposit first at ATM R963.

It was two different ATMs used, how can they not see the transaction on ATM F862, time 11:31. R1900 is a lot of money just to loose and it is unacceptable. I sit with the ATM slip, cameras at Wonderpark Nedbank can confirm that I was there.
