Nedbank failing debt collection

<p>Last year i became more financially stable and decided it's time to pay my outstanding debts, which is only fair towards my creditors. I was assisted by all my other creditors besides Nedbank. I found an email for them and asked them to send me my outstanding balances and to speak to someone to arrange payments. I got an email reply a few days later from to *****&nbsp;***&nbsp;&nbsp;who sent me a statement for one account and said he/she will contact me again within 7 calendar days, and guess what..? That was 5 months ago. On January 10, 2019 i received an email from ********** chasing the debt and somewhat threatening me, which was uncalled for since i actually wanted to pay my debt and your agents failed me. The email starts with "We have tried several contact attempts to allow you to make an arrangement on the above account." and what a lie this is. I then rep**** to this mail and used the email provided ********** as suggested in your email, stating the above and also saying that if you're serious about collecting the money you can call me Monday or Tuesday at 09:30am and i'll be waiting. Can you guess what happened? No? I'll tell you, I got no reply to my email or a call back. I then sent out another email on Tuesday because i was waiting with my phone in my hand, and have still not received a reply. As a debt collecting department, you're failing miserably. So this is someone who is reaching out to you that wants to pay the outstanding debts and you can't be bothered. I can only imagine what customer service must be like.</p>
