Nedbank fail to pay out an investment

I am an Attorney and Executor of an estate. I have been battling to get payout of an investment by the deceased that matured three years ago. I handed all required original documents to them on numerous occasions, only to get messages that I have to do it again. They score on interest as long as they delay payment. I am now forced to issue summons, at the costs of the beneficiaries, which I am currently preparing, but the public should know that they may have difficulty getting money after an investment with Nedbank is made. I have been **** a lot of estates over 26 years, and this is the worst service I have ever received and the biggest battle to get a normal investment to pay out.
