Nedbank

I phoned Nedbamk on the 25th March 2020 complaining about a amount that went of from my account they said they cant reverse etc because its something I subscribed to but to my knowledge no. So by that 2months before that ***** was made on my account Nedbank issied a new card but no feedback till today. So also i deposited dunds into the wrond account but they charge me more to refund the deposit that the actual amount that was made. Highly Dissapointed
