Nedbank

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life... Nedbank is absolutely useless when it comes to helping customers, it's always a big issue to sort out a small problem and it always takes them 2 to 3 days to fix a problem. The in app chat is also very useless the only answer I get from it is to restart my phone that is always there solution.
