Nedbank Exposes Seniors to COVID

Did you know that Nedbank no longer allows direct calls to a branch? I am 75, my cards are at the bank for me to collect. A) i must go there. B) there is no delivery option c) if there's a queue, I have to sit outside, in front of the bank (if I'm lucky to get a chair) d) it's all well & good that they have COVID precautions but what about seniors? Why is there no option? Why can't I even call the branch directly?
